Privacy Policy
At VIUZ (“VIUZ”, “we”), protecting your personal information matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit viuz.ca or get in touch with us, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what your rights are. It applies in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, in particular when you fill out a contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
We also automatically collect certain technical information as you browse the site (device and browser type, pages viewed, traffic source) for analytics and site-improvement purposes.
2. Why We Collect It
We use this information to: respond to your inquiries and contact you about a potential project; assess whether our services fit your needs; improve our site and communications; and comply with our legal obligations. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing Your Information
